Unibuild P/L is a privately owned applied building research company specializing in the design and construction of modular, prefabricated, offsite projects as described at www.unibuild.com. The technology was recently nominated for the 2024 Australian Smart Building Awards.
Today, worldwide, there is much interest in offsite modular prefabrication systems to replace the traditional way of building. It is time to introduce the Unibuild technology to those traditional builders wanting to change and join the offsite building future.

The technology IP has been recently packaged on an encrypted zip drive for distribution worldwide under a Unibuild license and royalty agreement.

How profitable is my business.
Most projects have been profitable. (The profits have covered my R&D expenses over a long time). Remote area projects have been very profitable due to the freighting of all prefabricated building components to site and erecting within a few days with the help of a local crane.
The Unibuild IP can be inspected to ascertain the profitability of past projects as the cost estimates are included in the technology transfer, along with all designs, and project management details.

How long has my business operated.
Unibuild P/L was incorporated in Western Australia in 1970. Most R & D was developed in this state, and Unibuild projects have survived time and natural weather events since. In WA alone, Unibuild clients extend from Derby in the NW to Esperance in the SE, and many towns in between, including the Perth metropolitan region.

Unibuild prefabricated components are made from steel fibre reinforced concrete covering thick polystyrene insulation to comply with The Building Code of Australia. All components have built in columns and beams for structural integrity.
If all the buildings in the world recently destroyed by fires and floods had been of the Unibuild technology, most likely all would have remained habitable. The components are totally fireproof and waterproof.
The Unibuild technology has won multiple Housing Industry Association “Home of the Year” awards and multiple Australian Institute of Building “Professional Excellence Awards”.
The UNIBUILD trademark is registered in Australia and the USA.
