About Moombaki Early Learning

Founded in 2023 by experienced educators and entrepreneurs, Moombaki Early Learning is swiftly expanding from Western Australia. After observing over 200 centres, Moombaki was designed with a deep respect for diversity and child development theory. Our centres follow the Early Years Learning Framework and My Time, Our Place: Framework for School Age Care, play-based curriculum that nurtures lifelong learners from infancy to age 12. Every element, from centre design to family engagement, has been carefully developed to meet the real needs of modern Australian families.

Investment Details

Royalties and training investments exclude GST

• Total Investment: $500,000 - $650,000 + Working Capital (includes fit-out, equipment, and $100,000 franchise fee)
• Ongoing Royalty Fee: The greater of $1,000 or 7% of gross sales per week
• Training Fee: $30,000 (includes intensive pre-launch and side-by-side post-launch support)
• Franchise Term: 10 years
