The name Brooklyn Depot originates from our OG site which was a bus depot on the East Coast of Australia.. since then we’ve become a cult favourite and name-checked for having the best burgers outside of the big apple. We set out to create a unique American dining experience with a banging bar and atmosphere to match … making it one of the only spots you can enjoy a top-notch burger and classic Old Fashioned at the same time, just like any corner of Brooklyn itself.
Why us? Brooklyn Depot has proven to be a versatile model that can operate within any space; from a small takeaway such as our Valley store, through to a large, prime location, kicking it with the big boys and even pop ups! Another thing to look out for is non-solicit provisions. If a seller has this clause in their NDA, you are prohibited from soliciting any of their clients or employees for yourself or your company for around 1-2 years.
