We are selling our much loved cafe which is inside a large office building in Fairfield East. We have owned and run it for four years and have built up a good trade with a lot of regular customers who love us and consistently come to us for good food and coffee.

As we are inside another companies office we don’t pay rent, power, grease trap, rubbish or any of the other expensive out goings associated with running a food business. In exchange we offer slightly discounted menu items for the four hundred staff that work for the company.

We have a very large seating area which sits over 100 people, a commercial kitchen fully equipped that has a walk in cool room, full six burner, large grill, two deep fryers, 14 rack turbo fan oven, large gas oven, Bain marie and large cabinet fridges for display. Most equipment is owned and maintained by large company.

We have an ongoing yearly contract that automatically renews with the company. They have been very good to deal with over these four years and want someone to take over from us who knows how to run a hospitality business and can take care of their staff by providing good food and coffee.

We provide the catering needs for the company which varies from business meetings and training to large functions of 150-400 people. We are open Monday to Friday 7am-230pm, closed weekends and public holidays. We have access to the facilities after hours and on the weekend and can use the cafe area after hours for other catering and cooking.

We currently employ a Chef and Barista who run the front of house and kitchen. The owner works in the business with flexible hours and helps on busy days and when there is catering.
