Established in 1997, FishCo Fish Market is a family owned and operated business providing the largest variety of fresh fish and seafood to the ACT and region.

FishCo is a HACCP Accredited business, adhering to the highest standards for quality assurance and they have a policy of only sourcing suppliers who are Quality Assured and guarantee that the products they offer are of the best quality and value for money.
Fishco are guided by Australian Fisheries Management Authority and Good Fish Bad Fish when sourcing their stock and they support sustainable fishing. They are also Seafood Industry (Aquaculture) trained and Certified, ensuring humane care and management of their Live produce.
FishCo are industry leaders and have developed the FishCo method for processing fish (gutting, filleting, etc) and customer service. Food Safety is paramount to the success of the business and FishCo offers an intensive induction training program for all staff to ensure that Best Practice is followed from sea to plate.
