The Tempting Choice Cafe is owner-operated, working full-time hours cooking and baking all food and desserts at the cafe. Four staff members are employed casually and are responsible for all general duties at the cafe, such as customer service, making sandwiches and coffee and store cleanliness.

Customers who frequent The Tempting Choice are local to the Highton area, Newtown, Grovedale, Waurn Ponds, Geelong West and Fyansford districts. They also have regular customers who come from Ballarat and surrounds.

The Tempting Choice is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. They are closed on Sunday and close for public holidays and through Christmas and New Year’s.
