For Victoria, the business gets online and in-person orders from the physical store in Breakwater, Vic, where customers come from Geelong, Melbourne, Surf Coast, Ballarat, and regional Victoria.

New Zealand is operated online only, with most sales coming from the North Island, from the Auckland area outwards. The business previously had a presence in Christchurch.
